<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mounting an article by which an article can be mounted on a mount substrate with high mounting position accuracy in a smaller number of times. <P>SOLUTION: The method for mounting an article comprises: manufacturing a plurality of article intermediate structures 10 comprising article intermediates fabricated on a substrate 11 for article manufacture; temporarily fixing the article intermediates in the plurality of article intermediate structures 10 to a temporary fixation substrate 20; removing the substrate 11 for article manufacture constituting the plurality of article intermediate structures 10 from the article intermediates; then separating the article intermediates temporarily fixed to the temporary fixation substrate 20 to obtain a plurality of articles 13; and then mounting the plurality of articles 13 temporarily fixed to the temporary fixation substrate 20 on a mounting substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
