<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner container which is economical in both manufacturing cost and operational cost, without using a motor larger than required, for stirring in the toner container and to provide a developing device provided with such a toner container and further an image forming apparatus provided with such a developing device. <P>SOLUTION: The toner container is configured to include a gear which is connected to a stirring member, exposed and provided to the outside of the housing of the toner container, engaged with a rack fixed to the developing device or an image forming apparatus main body, to rotate the stirring member, in accordance with an operation for attaching the toner container to the developing device, and disengaged from the rack, when the toner container is attached to the developing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
