<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid driving device superior in power transmission efficiency during high speed traveling and easy to miniaturize. <P>SOLUTION: This hybrid driving device is provided with a power distributing mechanism 4 performing a differential action by at least three rotational elements and distributing input power to a first electric motor 2 and an output element R4, a second electric motor 3 increasing or decreasing power in relation to power transmitted from the power distributing mechanism 4 to an output member, and a transmission 20 for shifting power output by an internal combustion engine 1 and inputting the power to the power distributing mechanism 4.
