PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert a signal of each channel included in a differential transmission line to a suitable reception waveform by accurately removing a DC offset component included in the signal. SOLUTION: On the differential transmission line comprising two or more channels including one channel of a reference clock like TDMA, a quantization feedback circuit is arranged for each of the channels of a clock and data, and when amplitude information is extracted from a clock signal and input signal amplitudes of the respective channels of the clock and data are estimated based upon the amplitude information, quantization feedback circuits for the respective channels make quantization feedback output amplitudes follow up input signal amplitudes to satisfy operation conditions of the quantization feedback circuits.
