PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short-range radio communication terminal, capable of preventing the occurrence of collisions in a WPAN, a WLAN, etc., equipment loaded with the short-range radio communication terminal, a short-range radio communication method, and a short-range radio communication program. SOLUTION: A WPAN terminal detects the peak value of outputs from one or more accelerator sensors in each fixed time to judge determine the terminal itself is in moving or at rest; and when the terminal is newly determined as a moving state from a rest state, suspends the transmission/reception of radio waves during movement to avoid competing with an existing WPAN group, and executes practical communication stop, after the lapse of fixed time. Even when the WPAN terminal is determined as being in a moving state, the terminal detects shift to a rest state within fixed time and suspends the stop of communication, so that the transmission/reception of radio waves will not be forcedly interrupted, even when the WPAN terminal is moved temporarily.
