PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an integrated circuit device which can be repaired without increasing costs even when a connection defect occurs. SOLUTION: A rewritable integrated circuit element 3 packaged on an insulation substrate 1 and a peripheral circuit element 5 thereof are connected by a wiring pattern 7 on the insulation substrate 1. In the rewritable integrated circuit element 3, two or more input/output electrodes 11 are assigned beforehand to one logic circuit 9 to which a specific function is set.
