PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-alignment connector capable of preventing ingress of foreign substances and water, and improving the alignment precision to thereby improve the reliability. SOLUTION: This self-alignment connector 10 is provided with a connector housing 11 having a fitting port for a mating connector 15, and a slide protector 12 connected to the connector housing 11 for holding a wire harness 16 cabled in a floor 1. The connector housing 11 is housed in the floor 1 without the fitting port exposed in a cabin and rotatably supported on the floor 1, and rotating as the assembly is assembled to the floor 1, thereby causing the fitting port to be exposed to the cabin. The slide protector 12 is slidably supported on the floor 1 to come close to and separate from the connector housing 11, and further has an interlocking mechanism 13 slidably moving the slide protector 12 in response to the rotation of the connector housing 11 to keep constant a length of the harness between the slide protector 12 and the connector housing 11.
