PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which keeps a folding-back plate and a lid section forming a hanging section surely fixed and prevents the fastening from being carelessly released even when the box main body is hung on a display rod. SOLUTION: This packaging box consists of a box body which consists of a body section, a lid section and a bottom section, and a hanging section. On the distal end of the lid section, a lid section distal end piece which goes along a back surface plate and/or the hanging section is installed. The packaging box keeps a fastening slit cut in the lid section, and a fastening piece mounted on the hanging section. In regions on both sides of the folding back plate excepting the fastening piece, a protruding section of which the length in the height direction becomes larger than that in a vicinity of the fastening piece is installed. The end edge of the protruding section is formed to press the lid section under the state that the fastening piece is fastened for the packaging box. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
