PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and durable noise reducing device for a construction machine capable of efficiently reducing noise. SOLUTION: Laminated boards formed by laminating steel plates are discretely connected to a part or the whole body of a noise generating part (vibration part) of a construction machine at predetermined intervals. It is preferred to discretely connect the laminated boards of steel plates at a plurality of kinds of connecting intervals. A noise reducing effect can be increased by connecting the laminated boards different in the number of laminated sheets according to the noise level of the noise generation part.
