PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical fixture which can easily and quickly detect/set an anchor driving direction at right angles to a slope in 360-degree azimuth orientations, and can correctly set an omnidirectional load bearing anchor. SOLUTION: There is provided a means for detecting/setting the direction at right angles to the ground surface at a location where the anchor is to be set. The means is formed of a rod-like reference pile, and a fixture body consisting of foldable three leg bodies having their lower edges grounded on the objective slope, and a guide pipe vertically extending from the center of top portions of the leg bodies and penetrating through the reference pile.
