A group-type multi-interference noise cancellation apparatus in a mobile communication system and a method thereof are provided to remove interference noise from each signal exactly by configuring at least one noise cancellation group, creating the same number of signals as user signals to be removed through the noise cancellation group, and cancelling them from received signals. A group-type multi-interference noise cancellation apparatus in a mobile communication system comprises a controller(240) and a plurality of noise cancelers. From received signals containing user signals and pilot signals, the controller extracts a plurality of user signals corresponding to a pilot signal having a BER(Bit Error Rate) larger than the first reference value and an SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) larger than the second reference value. The noise cancelers respectively comprise combiners(250-250n), respreaders(260-260n), and multipliers(270-270n). Based on the extracted user signals, the noise cancelers respectively remove noise from the received signals.
