<p>The invention relates to a binding agent comprising at least one titanium and/or one zircon compound (at least 0.5 wt. % in relation to 100 wt. % binding agent), at least one organo-functional silan, in particular, a monosilan, and a solution. The invention is characterised in that the binding agent comprises at least one fluorinated polymer which is insoluble in the binding agent solution. The invention also relates to a corrosion protection agent which is produced using the binding agent and a weldable corrosion protection agent, in addition to a workpiece which is coated with the inventive corrosion protection agent.</p> |
