A mobile phone charge saver of a multipurpose sound signal compression method is provided to enable the simplification of manufacturing the mobile phone charge saver, the miniaturization, the reduction of cost, and the reduction of a high-density signal transmission time. A sound signal of a communication method is compressed and transmitted at high density. A text message is transmitted by the communication signal after compressing the sound signal according to a specific key value. When the communication signal is received, the compressed sound signal is restored into an original signal. The text signal is converted into a sound signal suitable for the key value of each mobile phone provider, and is monitored as a text.
