QUALITY MONITORING SYSTEM FOR WIRELESS INTERNET AND METHOD THEREOF

A communication quality measurement system for the wireless Internet and a method thereof are provided to find out the cause of deterioration exactly in the quality of a communication service, support the operation and maintenance of a communication system, and offer a high-quality communication service by using communication quality measurement results based on all the components having an effect on communication quality. A communication quality measurement system for the wireless Internet comprises a quality management server(110) and a mobile terminal(100). The quality management server selects and provides a quality measurement schedule containing respectively different quality test algorithms to measure the quality of a communication service provided on the wireless Internet. The mobile terminal comprises a server mode part and a user mode part. The server mode part receives the quality measurement schedule according to a command message from the quality management server and executes a quality test for a target host. The user mode part executes the quality test for the target host according to the user's command.
