<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a color blind person to recognize an indication marker light of control such as traffic sign emitting three colors by three lamps each of which the outer shape is a round shape as it is, form the marker light by one small-sized and lightened lamp to reduce a construction cost, alleviate in effect of damage from wind, flood, snow and earthquake, correctly issue control indications in traffic etc., to every person, prevent erroneous recognition and raise safety in traffic. <P>SOLUTION: The marker light uses three colors of single color LEDs, uses positions of crossing points of a square pattern formed with lines intersected at 60° in which regular triangles having the same dimension of LEDs of different colors are arranged on a single substrate, uniformly arranges to form an outer shape in a round shape by superposing LEDs of different colors, and forms sub-sets in a prescribed shape capable of blinking differently by different line series, makes the sub-sets brink during lighting of different colors of the marker light to issues the control instructions to the color blind person by means of the shapes and the blinking. The marker light standardizes on blinking in which the different colors and shapes have the same meaning, respectively.
