<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of stabilizing power generation of a fuel cell after completion of warming-up operation. <P>SOLUTION: In the fuel cell system (1) constituted so as to elevate temperature of the fuel cell (2) in a shorter time compared with normal operation by carrying out the warming-up operation to self heat generate the fuel cell (2), this is equipped with a measuring device (70) to measure the time required to elevate temperature of the fuel cell (2) up to a first prescribed temperature (0°C) by the warming-up operation, and a control device (7) to carry out residual water amount reducing operation to reduce the residual water amount in the fuel cell (2) when the measurement time by the measuring device (70) exceeds a prescribed time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
