<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that since a positive electrode gas passage 10 and a negative electrode gas passage 11 of a polymer electrolyte fuel cell are formed as grooves in a positive electrode separator and a negative electrode separator usually by a molding die, one side of the gas passage cannot be formed in 10 mm or less, fine patterns of micron order cannot be formed, the flow of gas becomes turbulent flow, gas utilization efficiency is not increased, and the output of the cell is decreased. <P>SOLUTION: A positive electrode conductor 4 and a negative electrode conductor 5 are formed in a stripe shape or in an island shape by a mask pattern, one side of the gas passage is formed 10 μ to 5 mm, and thereby, the flow of gas becomes laminar flow, gas utilization efficiency is enhanced, and the output of the cell is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
