<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foamed rubber roll that includes a foamed elastic layer of high abrasion resistance where cells are stably formed, that secures high productivity inexpensively, and that is suitably used to supply toner. <P>SOLUTION: The foamed rubber roll includes at least the foamed elastic layer formed as an outer layer thereof. The foamed elastic layer is composed of a thermosetting elastomer composition containing 100 parts by mass of a rubber component (1) to 5 to 60 parts by mass of zinc methacrylate or 5 to 60 parts by mass of a mixture (2a) of methacrylic acid and zinc oxide as filler (2).
