<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film which has an excellent thermal radiation and at the same time, can obtain many colors which are mainly of tint color system. <P>SOLUTION: A formation method of the coating film having an excellent thermal radiation comprises the step of forming an undercoat film layer by applying an undercoat paint containing 1-20 mass% carbon black to the total solid of the coating film and curing, and next, of forming a top coat film layer having a coating film thickness of 11-50μm by applying a top coat paint not containing aluminum powders, but containing 1-40 mass% pearl pigments to the total solid of the coating film on the undercoat film layer and curing. The coating film having the excellent thermal radiation is formed by the formation method. The coating film comprises the undercoat film layer containing 1-20 mass% carbon black to the total solid of the coating film, and the top coat film layer not containing aluminum powders, but containing 1-40 mass% pearl pigments to the total solid of the coating film, the coating film thickness of the top coat film layer being 11-50μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
