<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily distribute printed matters with the same layout from a distribution source to distribution destinations connected mutually via a network. <P>SOLUTION: A storage part 3 stores print data and print setting information input from the distribution source via the network 11. A control part 9 creates a WEB page and a WEB page reference address from the stored print data and print setting information. A WEB server 5 holds the created WEB page. The control part 9 carries out control for distributing the reference address from the network 11 to the distribution source.
