PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical lens which can be visually and easily distinguished between the front and rear surfaces thereof. SOLUTION: The optical lens has, on its one principal plane, a first curved surface 11 having an optical function and a first flange surface 12 disposed surrounding the outer circumference of the first curved surface 11, and on the other principle plane, a second curved surface 13 having an optical function and a second flange surface 14 disposed surrounding the outer circumference of the second curved surface 13.
