PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image measuring method and device capable of acquiring a radiogram of an aiming object having high resolution in a short time by utilizing X-rays having high output, high brightness and excellent parallelism, and applicable to wide medical use or the like. SOLUTION: An energy ray is irradiated from a prescribed energy ray source onto the surface of a target, and X-rays are generated from the target so as to have largeness equivalent to the maximum length of the object. Then, the X-rays are allowed to enter a spectroscope, and a wavelength and a wavelength width are selected from the X-rays, and parallel X-rays becoming parallel are generated. Thereafter, the parallel X-rays are irradiated, while being rotated relatively around the object, and an X-ray image acquired from the object is detected. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
