PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking apparatus capable of improving positive effects in a health aspect at cooking the food of a normal menu. SOLUTION: The heating cooking apparatus 1 is provided with a heating chamber 15, a steam control part 20, a steam generating part 30, a steam heating part 40, a superheated steam supply part 50, and a steam circulation part 70. An automatic menu button 11a for selecting a menu cooking food so that a ratio of predetermined components influencing human health out of components included in the food is retained or changed is provided on an operation panel 11. The steam control part 20 controls the steam generating part 30, the steam heating part 40, the superheated steam supply part 50, and the steam circulation part 70 so as to control the change of the ratio of the predetermined components influencing the human health out of the components included in an object (the food) to be heated 100.
