PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding-rotatable mounting unit which is so designed that a movable casing is mounted to be sliding-rotatable in a state of being partially laid on a holding base while smoothing the rotating operation of the movable casing to be rotated in both positive and reverse directions. SOLUTION: The unit comprises a base plate 10 to be mounted on one of the holding base and the opposite face of a movable casing, and a plate cam 11 to be mounted on the other. On the opposite face side of the base plate to the plate cam, there are provided a sliding guide 100 which has a slit along the vertical direction in the reference attitude of the movable casing, and a guide pin 101 which is located on an extension line from the lower end of the sliding guide. On the plate cam, a connection pin 12 is provided which slidably and rotatably engages with the sliding guide in the anti-come-off state. On the outer periphery of the plate cam, recessed portions are provided to which the guide pin is guided when the movable casing is in the reference attitude and when it is rotated 90°from the reference attitude to the positive/reverse direction.
