PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder coating capable of forming flexible coating film excellent in fuel-barrier tendency and having a combination of such properties as heat resistance, chemical resistance and oil resistance. SOLUTION: The powder coating comprises 10-95 wt.% of a fluororesin (A) and 90-5 wt.% of a crosslinked fluororubber (B), wherein the fluororesin (A) contains a fluoroethylenic polymer (a) with a melting point of 120-330°C and the crosslinked fluororubber (B) is such as to be obtained by dynamic crosslinking treatment of at least one fluororubber (b-1) or thermoplastic fluoroelastomer (b-2) under a molten condition in the presence of the fluororesin (A) and a crosslinking agent (C).
