PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new stationery which enables removable posting of a notice without impairing it and realizes and enables convenient single use thereof as a clip, not exposing a useless projecting portion of a thumbtack, by integrating the thumbtack with the clip. SOLUTION: The clip 1 has the constitution that a clipping main plate 4 the fore end of which is a clipping part 41 is combined with the front side of a clipping base plate 2 the fore end of which is a clipping part 21 and the rear end of which keeps an auxiliary plate 3 connected rotatably with the plates pivotally fitted to each other by supports 22, 22, 42 and 42, by keeping a spring mechanism 52 urging the clipping parts 21 and 41 of the two plates clipped. Herein bored holes 23 and 23 are formed in the clipping base plate 2, while thumbtack pins 32 and 32 which are located at positions where they are held in the bored holes 23 and 23 and which have such a length as to be set inside an opposition space 6 are formed in projection on the auxiliary plate 3.
