PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration device in which the size of the openings is stabilized to exhibit a highly accurate filtering function, and which can be reused after disassembling and cleaning it, even if the filter is clogged. SOLUTION: A filter 10 of a filtration device 1 has filtration plate members 16 layered on each other and on which projections are arranged and also has pressing means 17. The pressing means 17 presses the filtration plate members from both sides in the direction of an axis CL to integrate decomposably them together. The filtration plate members are pressed against each other at the positions of the projections by the pressing means, and as a result, columnar bodies 18 are formed. Openings are dispersedly formed between the columnar bodies. When fluid passes through the openings, particles are removed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
