A plate-like support ( 2 ) is provided with a number of accommodating spaces ( 7 ) arranged along its surfaces. Two sets of spiral wires ( 4 ) are arranged perpendicular to each other, thereby forming a mesh member ( 5 ). This mesh member ( 5 ) forms the plate-like support ( 2 ) having a first surface ( 2 a) and a second surface ( 2 b) between which framework members ( 6 ) are disposed. These framework members ( 6 ) partition the accommodating spaces ( 7 ) so as to envelop them. The accommodating spaces ( 7 ) are formed over a space between the first surface ( 2 a) and the second surface ( 2 b), each of which is provided with openings ( 8 ), and adjoin the adjacent accommodating spaces ( 7 ) through the framework members ( 6 ). The framework members ( 6 ) are opened to provide communication portions ( 10 ), through which the adjacent accommodating spaces ( 7, 7 ) communicate with each other.
