MIMO MESH NETWORK

摘要

A MIMO mesh network wherein a MIMO technique is applied to relay nodes, thereby organizing a wireless network exhibiting both a high transmission rate and a high reliability. In the MIMO mesh network, which includes a plurality of relay nodes each having a plurality of antennas, wireless links are established between the relay nodes, thereby organizing the wireless network. Additionally, it is arranged that MIMO multiple accesses and MIMO broadcasts alternate with each other to avoid interferences. Moreover, not only forward but also backward wireless links are established between the relay nodes for multiplex transmission, thereby improving the frequency usage efficiency of the whole network.
