Disclosed is a nucleic acid molecule capable of binding to a rabbit anti-murine IgG antibody, which can be prepared in a simpler manner compared to an antibody and has a binding ability equivalent to or higher than that of an antibody. The nucleic acid molecule may have a sequence depicted in any one of SEQ ID NOs:1 to 5. The nucleic acid molecule may be a nucleic acid capable of binding to a rabbit-derived IgG antibody, or may substantially have a homology to a sequence for the nucleic acid. The nucleic acid molecule may have a coupling constant (K<SUB>D</SUB>) to a rabbit-derived IgG antibody of 1.18 × 10<SUP>-7</SUP> (M) or less.
