A device for storing areas selected in an image at the same time and a device for making a document from image information are provided to increase efficiency for cutting images by storing a plurality of areas selected in the image at the same time, and increase working efficiency by storing image information automatically based on metadata stored in the images when the image information is converted into a document. An image editor(100) displays and edits images by loading an image file. A partial magnifier(110) magnifies a part placing an input tool on the displayed image. A selected image manager(120) stores more than one area selected by the input tool in the image file at the same time. The image editor includes a continuous selection setting part for enabling the input tool to select the areas continuously. The selected area is displayed by using lines and is changed by moving the lines. The partial magnifier includes an information display unit displaying information such as a position of the input part, a color and a pixel value of the position placing the input tool, and a size of the selected area. The selected image manager includes a thumbnail display part and a metadata display part.
