A forming method of a master cylinder body for a vehicle is provided to form the master cylinder body such that the master cylinder body has high density and excellent flatness, and respective corner parts of the master cylinder body are at a right angle to one another, and to minimize internal flaws generated due to the contraction ratio that is aluminum characteristics. In a forming method of a master cylinder body for a vehicle through a mold(200) in which cores(210) are inserted into a part for forming a cylinder chamber of the master cylinder body, the forming method comprises: forming aluminum melt into a semisolid metal slurry by a semisolid process, charging the semisolid metal slurry into the mold at a low speed, and injecting the semisolid metal slurry at high pressure; and allowing pressurization units(10) to applying a pressure of 5 to 30 tons to the cores that has been inserted into the mold to form cylinder parts of the master cylinder body at a time point when injection of the semisolid metal slurry has been completed, wherein end portions of the cores are formed in a tapered shape when the cores are inserted into the body to form the cylinder chamber within the body during forming of the master cylinder body. The mold is vertically installed at a lower side, and the pressurization units are installed above the mold.
