A connection control method for human body communication is provided to enable a device to recognize temporary disconnection and reattachment between the device and a human body automatically and resume data communication from a point of time when data is not transmitted just before the temporary disconnection, thereby preventing a data packet error and preventing the repetition of a connection process. A connection control method for human body communication comprises the following steps of: waiting for a reception confirmation response from a received human body communication device for data outputted from a human body communication device to transmit the data; notifying a user of a temporary disconnection status when there is no reception confirmation response during a predetermined time(S130,S140); and resuming communication from the transmission of corresponding data which is not transmitted just before the temporary disconnection status if reattachment between a device and a human body is attempted according to the check of disconnection(S300).
