A roll tissue case having a cutting structure at the end is provided to help a user to pull the tissue or toilet paper down in the left direction and to cut it only with one hand, and to reduce waste of the tissue. A roll tissue case(1) comprises: a cutting unit(2) composed of a cam shaped body and a saw-toothed blade to cut the tissue; a pin(3) for fixing the rotating movement of the cutting unit; and a spring(4), such as a tension coil spring, for connecting the cutting unit and the case and for returning the cutting unit to an original position. The cam shaped body of the cutting unit rotates with respect to the pin. After the cutting unit stops rotating, a fixed length of the tissue is left in result of the friction force between the blade and the tissue, and the cutting unit goes back to its original position.
