摘要 A permanent magnet type electric machine, a wind turbine system, and a method for magnetizing a permanent magnet are provided to reduce a size of an electric generator by decreasing heat generation density of the generator through a cooling air trunk. A permanent magnet type electric machine includes permanent magnet rotors(1). Each of the permanent rotor includes a rotor core(2), permanent magnets(3,4), a permanent magnet slot(5), and a cooling air trunk(6). The permanent magnets are inserted into the permanent slot of the rotor core and arranged for one pole by two. The cooling air trunk is installed between the poles to cool an inner part of an electric generator by passing a cooling wind. The cooling air trunk has a trapezoid shape in an outer circumferential side of the rotor core. The permanent rotor further includes a groove to extend from an end of a central side in a diameter direction of the trapezoid shape to a center of an axis.
