<p>The circuit (110) has a high voltage transistor (112) with a power connector designed as a collector or drain (124), and an another connector designed as an emitter or source (126). Another transistor (114) is provided with a drain (132) and source (134). Gates (128, 136) of respective transistors are linked at a connecting node (140). Drain resistor (118) and a zener diode (146) are provided between the drain (124) and the node. The resistor and diode causes adjustment of electrical potential of the drain (124) against potential of the node by power flowing via the resistor and diode.</p> |
