A device for protecting an ankle is provided to be installed inside a shoe to cover and protect a user's ankle and shinbone by using a side cover plate and a front cover plate surely. A device for protecting an ankle includes a base plate(10), a side cover plate(20), a front cover plate and a wearing unit. The base plate is fitted into a heel of a shoe. Wing portions(11) are formed on both sides of the base plate. The side cover plate is coupled to the outer side of the wing portion with a first coupling unit. Another wing portions are formed on both sides of the front cover plate to be coupled to the inner side of the side cover plate with a second coupling unit and to cover user's shinbone. The wearing units are installed on the upper parts of the side cover plate and the front cover plate. |
