<p>A system, an apparatus and a method for re-transmitting data are provided to maximize diversity effects through cooperation between neighbor terminals, thereby obtaining a high data transmission rate with low transmission power. A mobile terminal(110) receives the data of an area allocated in an N frame and notifies a channel distortion status for receiving data again. Neighbor terminals(120,130,140) extract and demodulate the data of the mobile terminal of which the retransmission is needed in an N+1 frame, multiplie a pseudo random code, spread the data, and retransmit the spread data to the mobile terminal. A BS(Base Station)(100) selects the mobile terminal for performing the data retransmission in a cell and transmits a downlink frame to the neighbor terminal.</p> |
