<p>The clamp (1) includes a flat band (2) having two band sections (6,7) with ends rotatably joined by a film hinge (5). The free ends (3,4) of the two band sections define coupling sections (10,11) each having a long latching piece (12) and a short latching piece (14). The long latching piece has an inward latching tooth (13) facing the band inner side, while the short latching piece has an outward latching tooth (15) facing the band outer side. The inward and outward latching teeth are mutually engaged to wrapped the clamp around the object. An independent claim is also included for an object clamping method.</p> |
