A PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) rod assembly is provided to form a rod frame securing PTC elements, serving as an anode, and insulated from the outside via anodized outer surfaces, thereby reducing the number of required parts, preventing air from being introduced between parts and noise from generating in the initial driving, and improving heat transfer efficiency by reducing the thickness of an insulating layer. A PTC rod assembly includes PTC elements(110), a rod frame(120) made with a conductive material and having a top surface formed with securing grooves(122) for securing the PTC elements, an anode(121) formed at a side of the rod frame, and a rod cover(130) made with the conductive material and coupled with the top surface of the rod frame to seal the securing grooves. The rod frame has surfaces anodized to form oxide films(123) to a predetermined thickness except a bottom surface of the securing grooves, which contacts the PTC elements. The material of the rod frame and the rod cover contains aluminum and the anode is made with aluminum integrally with the rod frame.
