A motor is provided to arrange all elastic plates on the same center as a rotor axis without an error by forming the elastic plates through one press process. A motor includes a rotation body(26), a rotor hub(22), and an elastic plate(27). The rotation body has a mounting hole(26a) on a central part. The rotor hub includes a boss unit(221) and a flange unit(222). The boss unit is inserted into the mounting hole. The flange unit supports the rotation body. The elastic plate is mounted on the same axis as the rotor hub, and presses and attaches the rotation body to the flange unit. The elastic plate includes a plane unit(224) and a plurality of arm units. The plane unit has a hole on a center. The arm units are radially expanded from an outer circumference of the plane unit.
