A lawn-protecting mat is provided to protect lawn by dispersing a load applied to the lawn and facilitate the connecting process. A lawn-protecting mat(100) comprises: hexagonal connection parts which are consecutively connected to form a polygon; first protrusions which are formed at the upper surface of the apexes of the connection part; second protrusions which are protruded between the adjoining first protrusions; a prop part which is formed at the lower surface of the apexes of the connection part; a square-shaped frame(140) which is formed at the edge of the connection parts; a hook device(200) which is protruded from the frame and is capable of being mounted to an adjacent frame or separated; a ring-shaped prop part which is formed at the same height as the prop part; and a support part which connects and supports the ring-shaped prop part and the connection part.
