A conveyer device(30) supplies the display panel to the stage. A transfer device(40) arranges and loads the display panel conveyed through the conveyer device to the stage. The conveyer device includes plural support members(41) for supporting the display panel. A transfer body member(42) fixes and supports the plural support members. A driving member(43) transfers the transfer body member toward one or more direction between vertical direction and horizontal direction. The support member includes a metal bar and a protection cover for encompassing the metal bar. The metal bar is formed by materials including carbon tool steel.
