A display panel(140) displays an image. A receiving container receives the display panel. A circuit substrate offers the driving signal to the display panel in order to display the image. A conductive elastic member(160) is arranged between the circuit substrate and the receiving container and contacted. When the power is applied, an electromagnetic member(170) compresses the conductive elastic member contacted between the circuit substrate and the receiving container. The electromagnetic member is mounted on the circuit substrate and includes the first terminal for receiving the power applied from the display device. The second terminal is grounded. The electromagnetic member is an SMD(Surface Mounting Device) mounted on the circuit substrate.
