A POS(Point Of Sale) terminal and a POS brokerage server are provided to connect to the POS brokerage server on the online network, thereby enabling a customer to make a reservation and ordering goods to a shop through a messenger without visiting each shop. A web connection module(50c) permits connection to a customer PC(100) and enables the customer PC to connect with a POS terminal(10) of a desired shop. A server database(50a) stores shop and customer information. A server controller(50b) connects with the POS terminal of the suitable shop by searching a shop condition received from a messenger program(100a) of the customer PC in the server database, receives an execution result of the POS terminal for shop reservation or goods order requested through the messenger program, and transmits the execution result to the customer PC. The POS terminal includes the web connection module(10c) permitting the connection of the POS brokerage server, a POS database(10a) storing reservation and order information of the shop, and a POS controller(10b) executing the shop reservation or the goods order received from the customer PC through the POS brokerage server by using the POS database, and transmitting the execution result to the customer PC through the POS brokerage server.
