An impact absorbing bar for a road with multiple dispersed vehicle impact is provided to disperse and to absorb an impact caused by a vehicle collision structurally by plastic deformation, tensile deformation and elastic deformation. An impact absorbing bar for a road with multiple dispersed vehicle impact enabling to absorb and to remove an impact caused by a vehicle collision with multiple dispersion like plastic deformation, elastic deformation and tensile deformation includes handrail posts(10) installed to the center or two sides of a road at regular intervals by a post support(16), a guard fence opened at one side coupled to one or two sides of the handrail post and provided with a vertical bar(22) and a horizontal bar(24) to make plastic deformation at a vehicle collision, two elasticity absorbers(40a) bolted to two sides of a shock absorbing supporter bolted to the handrail post to make elastic deformation at a vehicle collision, and a tension absorber(30) installed between the guard fence and the elasticity absorber and provided with long support holes(32) to be bolted to the outside of the elasticity absorber to make tensile deformation.
