A ventilation duct sleeve for a building is provided to be mounted in an upper panel of a wall element when molding the wall element, thereby forming the ventilation duct sleeve together with the wall element simply when constructing a building, and vary the distance of the ventilation duct sleeve simply by sliding motion of male and female sleeves thereof according to the thickness of the wall element. A ventilation duct sleeve for a building includes a female sleeve(10) and a male sleeve(20) having a rectangular main bodies for connecting flat duct. Each of the main bodies has an opening(21) at a side and is connected to path covers at the other side, wherein the path covers are connected to inner peripheral parts of the main bodies by ribs(15) for simple detachment. The main bodies have brackets(13,23) at upper parts of the path covers, wherein the brackets are protruded at the opposite side of the opening. The opening of the male sleeve is inserted into the opening of the female sleeve by sliding.
