An insert nut supply apparatus for a case of a mobile phone is provided to use a supply hose having a large diameter by permitting insert nuts to move smoothly along a trajectory in the supply hose through an insert nut movement guide string. An insert nut supply apparatus for a case of a mobile phone includes an air supply unit(120), a supply hose(130), and an insert nut supply unit(140) having a hose holder(142) with a channel. The insert nut supply apparatus further includes an insert nut movement guide string(150) arranged in the lengthwise direction of the supply hose so as to guide insert nuts(N1) smoothly along a predetermined trajectory through air supplied from the air supply unit.
