A shoe having an improved air chamber and an air valve structure is provided to attain an air circulation flow system inside the shoe at any time by making air flow in through an inhale valve or an exhale valve formed at the sole or the heel. A shoe comprises: an inhale valve(5), an exhale valve(6), thin layers(13), a bottom(1) or a gourd shape baffle plate(9). The sole includes an air chamber(3) and an air passage(2) that are divided by a baffle plate(4). A bottom plate(14) is formed on the air chamber, and a sole(7) and the bottom plate are adhered to the bottom of the shoe. The inhale valve and the exhale valve are formed at the side wall of the air chamber and the baffle plate such that when the air chamber is compressed, air is sent from the air chamber to the air passage via the exhale valve. When the air chamber returns to its initial state, fresh air flows into the air chamber via the exhaust valve.
