A biostrip is provided to determine health state and disease infection state of a person from a very small amount of a measurement sample by forming a capillary channel on an insulation substrate and improving a complex processing process. A biostrip determining health state, disease infection state and blood sugar concentration of a person subject to measurement comprises: at least one insulation substrate including at least one surface, where a printed electrode is formed; and at least one capillary channel(20) installed on the insulation substrate and including at least one fixation reaction portion(201) and one directional exhaust pipe channel(202) at both ends, wherein the exhaust pipe channel exhausts air when a sample is contacted with the end of the fixation reaction portion, thereby the sample being diffused and absorbed into the fixation reaction portion. The biostrip is characterized in that the exhaust pipe channel is constituted by using a back gum(203) and a thickness and a shape of the exhaust pipe channel is determined by the back gum. Further, the biostrip has one intake.
